Yousif Alqutai je otac djevojčice čije je lice zamagljeno na snimku. Otac se pravda da je snimak star i da se on pokajao za udaranje kćerke.
Objavio je i snimak na kojem se vidi starija djevojčica.
Yousif je udarao djevojčicu svaki put ukoliko ne bi uspjela da se održi na nogama i da samostalno stoji.
Udarci su bili u području glave.
Otac Yousif kaže kako ju je samo pokušavao naučiti da hoda. Ovaj 40-godišnjak poslije identifikacije, uhapšen je u naselju Casablanca, južno od Rijada.
Yousif se izvinio u novom videu i okrivio je suprugu i majku svoje četvoro djece za “zlostavljanje koje mu je nanijelo psihičku štetu.” (Hanuma.ba)
